How to get to the Grand Elysee Hamburg:

BY PLANE

The easiest way to get there is to take a taxi from the airport. It will cost about 40 Euro and will take 20-30 minutes.

Alternatively, you can take the S-Bahn S1 subway from the airport to Jungfernstieg (35 minutes) which is just in the centre of Hamburg. From there it is a 20 minute walk or 1.3 km to the Hotel.

Alternatively, you can take the S-Bahn S1 from the airport to the main station and change to the S-Bahn S11, S21 or S31 to “Dammtor” on the opposite track. (ca 30 minutes)

The subway ticket at the airport costs about 4 Euro per person.

Once you arrived at the conference and register you will have a ticket to use public transportation in Hamburg for free.

BY TRAIN

The Grand Elysee is located on Moorweidenpark opposite the “Dammtor-Bahnhof” (3 minutes by foot). Take S11, S21, or S31 from Mainstation to “Dammtor”

BY CAR

A7, exit “Stellingen” in the direction of Centrum. At the “Dammtor-Bahnhof” turn left into “Mittelweg”. Then turn left into “Tesdorpfstrasse” and follow the road. The hotel is on the right.

From the A1 to the A24 (direction HH-Jenfeld) Exit “Horner Kreisel” onto the “Sievekingsallee”. Right on B75 direction Centrum. Continue towards the center along the “Aussenalster”. Cross the “Kennedybrücke” right into the “Rothenbaumchausee”. The hotel is on the right

From the A7, take the A1 and continue on the A255 towards Centrum. From the highway straight on the “Heidenkampsweg” direction Centrum along the “Aussenalster” Cross the “Kennedybrücke” and turn right into the “Rothenbaumchausee”. The hotel is on the right

Use the underground car park of the hotel with 500 garage parking spaces!
